Dear Captains and Representatives of KL State Companies,
As passed at the recent KL State Exco meeting, we would like to invite all Officers and Staff Sergeants to come together for an evening of food and fellowship:
Do take advantage of your BB Saturday tomorrow to spread the word. We hope you would let us know the expected number of attendees from your Company so that sufficient food can be arranged. Likewise, we would hate to put the State's money to waste with excessive food =)
