On an early Sunday morning (March 7, 2012), seven members from 1st KL and 3rd KL were in attendace for the Karisma NGO event held at Putra Stadium Bukit Jalil. The event was the brainchild of Minister of Women, Welfare and Community Development Datuk Seri Shahrizat Abdul Jalil and was launched by the Prime Minister YAB Najib Tun Razak. Over 17,000 participants from thousands of NGOs flocked to Bukit Jalil who witness the launch of the KAR1SMA project which is aimed at helping NGOs at improving their work.
Despite a small KL State contingent, it is a proud day for the seven to represent our organisation in BB uniform (of various varieties).
